A lot of companies define what is meant by the word ‘professional’, but we think we’ve found a way to visualize and explain it. Every single employee at our company has a professional development goal. For example, we want them to learn about another programming language, technology besides Magento, or area of expertise. To reach these goals, we provide training sessions and online courses. We also run internal startup idea competitions and employee-led workshops to encourage knowledge sharing and knowledge creation.
